Do you like stories that are funny? Then you should read Don’t Say That Word by Alan Katz and David Catrow.

This book takes place at home on a sunny, warm, terrifying, annoying day. The main characters are Michael and his mom. The mom is a little mean but organized and loud. Michael is annoying, funny and really skinny. A boy names Michael comes home from school. His mom asks him how was his day? He said, “good”. In the middle was a big problem, Michael gets in trouble too much. He always says inappropriate things. Will he always get in trouble? Read this book to find out.
